Three sons. One shared inspiration.
Tre Enne means “three N’s,” loosely translated from Italian. The name represents Jeff’s three sons and the first letter of the family’s last name.
A family business,
rooted in music.
Tre Enne is a family-run business with more than 35 years of combined experience in lutherie, woodworking, engineering, and computer science. Above all, we share a strong passion for music.
From our fully equipped workshop in northern San Diego County, we build instruments by hand and use CNC and other digital tools to improve quality, productivity, and repeatability.
We take pride in using sustainable, environmentally safe materials and choose locally sourced resources whenever possible.

We offer basic, semi-custom, and custom instruments. Each conversation helps us understand what you’re looking for and determine the specifications for your build.
